Overview

The work covers the whole spectrum of planning judicial and statutory reviews, including judicial review claims, claims for statutory review under sections 288-289 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and claims for statutory review under section 113 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Regular clients include major developers, local planning authorities and the Secretary of State.
