  • R (on the application of Best) v Chief Land Registrar [2015] EWCA Civ 17 (Court of Appeal decision on adverse possession under the Land Registration Act 2002)
  • Batsford Estates (1983) Co Ltd v Taylor [2005] EWCA Civ 489 (Court of Appeal decision on adverse possession relating to unregistered land).
