Our work experience programme has been designed to help students discover more about life in a barristers’ Chambers. Work experience will be undertaken with members of staff and is not to be confused with a mini-pupillage. During their time in Chambers, students will meet with various members of the Practice Management and Administration Teams and will undertake such tasks as follows:
Some of the work is likely to be physical in nature, so please let us know if this will present any difficulty and we will make reasonable adjustments.
To make an application, please send a letter of one to two pages explaining why you would like to undertake work experience at our Chambers, to Natasha White-Foy, HR and Administration Manager.
Please also include the Chambers’ Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form – Click here to view this form online. Click here to download this form as a word document.
The student must have signed the Chambers’ Confidentiality forms before commencing their placement.
