Phase 3 of the City of York Local Plan Examination opens

Phase 3 of the City of York Local Plan Examination (Inspectors Simon Berkeley and Paul Griffiths) reopened on Tuesday 12 July to consider issues in the draft local plan including affordable housing, housing, ix and density student housing, universities and colleges and the allocation of sites.

It will sit for 3 weeks and then resume with Phase 4 in September.
