Mole Valley Local Plan Examination (2022)

The Examination into the soundness of the Mole Valley Local Plan 2020-2037. It took place in three stages and ran for four weeks.

Bookham Needs You is a local community action group set up to oppose the allocation and future development of Site DS8: Land NW of Preston Farm, Bookham. The Site, which lies within the Green Belt and outside of the existing defined settlement boundary, is currently being promoted through the local plan review process for residential development by Thakeham Homes, who have an option on the site with the existing landowner.
