This event will not only launch the Landmark Chambers’ Aarhus blog which published its first blog post today and will be published every two weeks hereafter, but also offer attendees the opportunity to learn more about Aarhus through talks on: The status of the Aarhus Convention in domestic law post Brexit, the three pillars of the Aarhus Convention, open complaints against the UK, Aarhus, and Aarhus cost protections in Aarhus claims.
The Aarhus blog may be accessed on our website's resouces page and it will cover a variety of topics such as: important Brexit and FTA cases, information on delays and resourcing of committees, and ways in which Aarhus influenced domestic law. Some of these issues will be discussed at the webinar.
