This article covers what has changed a year after institutions were rocked when allegations of sexual assault involving their pupils appeared on Soma Sara’s website. In the Westminster report, Fiona Scolding QC and Joe Thomas advised and provided recommendations designed to help Westminster School make a lasting and sustainable change after complaints from former pupils about their experiences concerning harmful sexual behaviours and attitudes by the school.
