Unlawful detention of "confirmed victim of trafficking"

In TT (Vietnam) [2019] EWCA Civ 248, the Court of Appeal allowed TT's appeal in part, holding that the Secretary of State had unlawfully detained a person who was later confirmed to be a victim of trafficking, and who should have been so confirmed at the time the detention, despite his apparent involvement in a serious violent incident at the detention centre. However, the Court of Appeal dismissed TT's appeal against the certification of his asylum claim and the lawfulness of his earlier detention.
