Tim Buley gives evidence to Parliament on Environmental Principles Bill

Tim Buley gave evidence on 27 February 2019 to Parliament’s Environment Audit Committee on issues arising from the government’s Draft Environment (Principles and Governance) Bill 2018. Tim was invited to give evidence in particular on the role of the proposed new environmental watchdog, the Office for Environmental Protection (“OEP”), and the adequacy and coherence of the enforcement powers conferred on the OEP.
