Programme

What do the proposed reforms in the 'Planning for the Future' white paper mean for landowners? Will it affect their chances of securing allocations and planning permission? Is it more costly or risky?

These are just some of the questions we will be answering in this free landowners’ webinar.

We will also cover the latest government urban design guidance - including Building for a Healthy Life and National Design Guide - which call for better design and infrastructure when planning new places to live.
