Landmark Chambers will be hosting a webinar on Friday 24th July 2020 at 2:00pm – 3:15pm to discuss the Equality Act 2010.
One way in which structural racial inequalities can be sought to be overcome is through strategic litigation. In this webinar, we will talk about using the tools presented by the Equality Act 2010, and in particular the concept of indirect discrimination, to assist in the fight against racism in all its forms.
