Several recent decisions, notably Cameron v Liverpool Victoria, Ineos and Canada Goose, have profound implications for local authority injunctions against unauthorised encampment and development by travellers – to the extent that many existing injunctions could now be challenged. This webinar considers how to draft an injunction which complies with the current law and how to persuade a court to grant it.
**Participation is free of charge however, advance registration is required. Please note that participants will receive the joining instructions by email prior to the webinar. If you have any queries regarding this event please email webinars@landmarkchambers.co.uk.**
