On 3rd April, 2019 the Court of Appeal gave judgment in Boyd v Ineos Upstream Ltd [2019] EWCA Civ 515. Landmark Chambers is hosting a breakfast seminar to consider the important implications of this decision for future injunction claims against Persons Unknown.
