A hearing also took place on Wednesday 15th January 2020. Graeme represented the Defendants in both the City of London Magistrates Court and Southwark Crown Court, in relation to a prosecution by Westminster CC for breach of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisement) (England) Regulations 2007 and s.224 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, arising from the installation of a large LED screen at the Leicester Square branch, and an order sought by Westminster CC under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
