Spurs inquiry

Public inquiry into major regeneration scheme proposed by Tottenham Hotspur FC on land it owns in the vicinity of its new stadium.  The scheme comprises a mixed use scheme comprising up to 316 new homes, including 35% affordable housing (increasing to 40% with grant), new employment, retail and leisure facilities on the former goods yard site immediately opposite White Hart Lane station.  Issues at the inquiry included viability, infrastructure contributions, urban design and heritage.
