On 3 September on appeal for planning permission for the redevelopment of a site in the Regent's Canal Conservation Area in Hackney was granted. The proposal for the site, owned by a long-established youth club, was for it to be developed into residential above a re-provided club. Neil King QC appeared for the developer, Countryside Properties.
