Healey Developments Solutions (Willesden) Ltd has secured planning permission on appeal for 70 new self-contained flats on land at St Paul’s Avenue, London NW2.  The key issues in the case were the living conditions on neighbouring occupiers (with particular regard to natural light), highway safety and vehicular and pedestrian movement, carbon emissions and affordable housing provision.
