Permission granted on appeal for Class C2 Care Home

Frontier Estates has secured planning permission on appeal for a new 66-bed care home in Middleton-on-Sea, East Sussex, as well as a partial award of costs against the Council. Robert Walton QC acted for Frontier, instructed by Nexus Planning.
