Angle Property (Olney) and McCarthy & Stone have secured permission on appeal for 48 “retirement living plus” apartments (Class C2) and 10 Class “retirement living” bungalows (Class C3) on land  north of Lavendon Road, Lavendon Road, Olney, MK46 4HH.  The scheme was approved despite a conflict with the Olney Neighbourhood Plan (2017) which designates the site for retail development, the LPA (Milton Keynes Council) having refused the scheme on this basis.  Appeal Ref: APP/Y0435/W/20/3247144.
