Ealing Filmworks CPO

A public inquiry opens today into a major compulsory purchase proposal by the London Borough of Ealing and Land Securities. The CPO aims to assemble a site for a cinema, shopping, offices and housing. Neil King QC and Matthew Dale-Harris are representing Ealing and Land Securities, Nathalie Lieven QC is for the Empire Cinema group and Rupert Warren QC is for Aberdeen Asset Management.
