Appeal in relation to refusal of planning permission to develop an area of protected open space for commercial buildings. The main issues related to the loss of open space (in circumstances where the owner had prevented access for several years) and employment land supply. Graeme represented Medway in opposing the appeal. Appeal dismissed.
