Graeme represented the owner of a house in the South Downs National Park at Inquiry in relation to an appeal against the refusal of the LPA to grant a certificate of lawfulness of existing use or development (“CLEUD”) for C3 residential use for the site area and buildings. Appeal succeeded and CLEUD issued - in relation to the use of the buildings and main part of the land within the site area.
