The High Court has rejected a claim for judicial review brought against Tottenham Hotspur's proposed redevelopment of 500 White Hart Lane. The challenge, brought on grounds of procedural impropriety against one of Haringey Council's Councillors, was rejected by Holgate J as totally without merit.
