Southend Airport – 10 test cases heard by Upper Tribunal

The Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) has heard 10 test cases in relation to the nearly 200 claims for compensation under Part 1 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 brought by local residents following the extension of the runway at London Southend Airport.
