Successfully represented the Secretary of State on the first occasion in history when the High Court in Bristol made a quia timet injunction against Persons Unknown, to prevent future trespasses by large groups of travellers, who had repeatedly broken into a DVSA testing centre and perpetrated over £1million of damage.
