The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal of a young adult from Guinea who came to the UK as an unaccompanied asylum seeker, on the basis of a failure properly to consider the impact on his private life under Article 8 ECHR if he was required to return to Guinea, and gave guidance relating to the scope of remittals from the Court of Appeal to the AIT under section 103B of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
