Environment Agency in this 4 day hearing before Land Registry adjudicator of a
claim by Lyn Lewis Limited to adverse possession of part of bank of. It involving legal issues as to the effect of
private statutes going back to the 19C authorising the construction and
operation of locks, and questions as to whether adverse possession could be
claimed to a river bank if there were public rights of way over it.
