R (on the application of Zoolfie International Limited) v Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs [2007] EWHC 2995 (Admin)
The High Court dismissed judicial review proceedings brought by Zoolife, the former vet consultants, to the London Aquarium seeking to challenge the refusal of the Secretary of State to uphold an objection to one of the Inspectors nominated by him under the Zoo Licensing Act 1981.
