Lease extension claim for a flat with 8.5 years unexpired. One of the main issues was relativity, and in particular whether the graphs should be used, or a mix of graphs and the Vale Court method, as the valuer for the landlord contended. The Tribunal accepted the evidence of the valuer for the tenant that the Vale Court method was not appropriate at this lease length.
