CLEUD quashed by consent on Council's application

Although officers exercised their delegated authority to grant a CLEUD for a caravan site limited in terms of the number of caravans and area of land concerned, a Certificate was inadvertently issued concerning an unlimited number of caravan on a wider area of land. The Certificate was quashed by consent on the Chief Executives application: (R (on the application of Paul James Smith) v the Council of the City and County of Swansea [CO/9969/2008].
