Tom acted for a group of tenants in this prestigious building off Sloane Street. The landlord was proposing a £3million refurbishment including replacement of all the windows, roof and communal heating system. It sought a determination that the costs would be reasonably incurred for the purposes of the service charges. After the first day’s hearing at the First Tier Tribunal a satisfactory settlement was reached.
