Cadogan v Quazzo Re Flat 11, 75-79 Cadogan Gardens, London SW3 LVT

Dispute over terms of new lease of flat under Leasehold Reform and Urban Development Act 1993. Cadogan sought to impose its standard term lease, including many new terms not present in the existing lease. Thomas Jefferies acted for the tenant who opposed the inclusion of these new terms. The Tribunal found for the tenant, rejecting virtually every change sought by Cadogan.
