Jointly instructed by the Public Law Project and the Child Poverty Action Group in proceedings before the Social Security Commissioner challenging the proportionality of aspects of the registration scheme for Accession state nationals.
Decision awaited and expected to go to the Court of Appeal.
Also being instructed to intervene in the House of Lords in the case of Zalewska an appeal from Northern Ireland raising similar issues. Again instructed by the Public Law Project and the Child Poverty Action Group.
