Thanks to Forsters LLP for organising and hosting this seminar last night at which I spoke along with Oliver Wright of Forsters and Sasha Blackmore of Landmark Chambers. The seminar looked at the impact of Trump Int’l Golf Club Scotland Ltd v Scottish Ministers  [2015] UKSC 74 in terms of the interpretation and implication of planning conditions through three recent cases that have considered the implications of TrumpDunnett Investments Ltd v SSCLG and East Dorset DC [2016] EWHC 534 (Admin); Patterson J, 11 March 2016; University of Leicester v SSCLG and Oadby & Wigston BC [2016] EWHC 476 (Admin); Supperstone J, 7 March 2016 and R (oao Skelmersdale Ltd Partnership) v West Lancashire BC and St Mowden Developments (Skelmersdale) Ltd [2016] EWHC 109; Jay J, 27 January 2016. In all three cases Landmark Chambers acted on both sides!
