James Maurici QC and Nathalie Lieven QC spoke at the “Adjudicating the Future: Climate Change and the Rule of Law” Symposium held between 17-19 September 2015 and hosted by the Dickson Poon School of Law, the Supreme Court and HM Government.

James spoke in the session on Climate Change and Alternative Forms of Adjudication on climate change in planning decisions. Nathalie spoke at the session on “Climate Change and Public Law Adjudication”.
