CJEU East Sussex environmental information case reported

The Decision of the European Court in Case C-71-14 East Sussex County Council v Information Commissioner, in which I acted with Sasha Blackmore for the UK,has just been reported in the P.T.S.R., see [2016] P.T.S.R. 179. The case concerns the ability under Directive 2003/4, the Environmental Information Directive, of local authorities to charge for the supply of information relevant to a property purchase via CON29 searches.
