Yaaser Vanderman's Protest Injunctions Manual

Landmark barrister Yaaser Vanderman has written a book – “Manual on Protest Injunctions: Practice, Procedure and Persons Unknown” with a Foreword from Lord Carnwath. It will be a free, online resource aimed at all those involved in claims where an injunction is sought to restrain protest activity. It will be kept online so that it can be updated as and when there are material developments in the case law. The book includes sections on fundamental issues such as Notice, Service, Interim Injunctions, Persons Unknown, Human Rights and Committal applications, with the aim being to provide practical know-how on these and many other topics to all parties.
