Tim Mould QC delivers the Compulsory Purchase Association's annual law reform lecture

On 25 March 2021, Tim Mould QC gave the Compulsory Purchase Association's Annual Law Reform Lecture on the subject of Certificates of Appropriate Alternative Development. The lecture considers how the reforms enacted by the Localism Act 2011 have been applied in practice and discusses some possible further changes in light of that experience.
