Tim Mould KC appointed as a High Court Judge

Landmark Chambers congratulates Tim Mould KC on his appointment as a High Court Judge.

Tim Mould KC will be known as The Honourable Mr Justice Mould and will take up the appointment on 1 February 2024. The Lady Chief Justice will assign him to the King’s Bench Division.

Tim was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1987 and took Silk in 2006. He was appointed as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2018.

At Landmark, Tim practised in planning, environmental, and local government law, particularly in major transport schemes, promoting railway bills and other projects in Parliament and at public inquiry. He also specialised in valuation, rating and land compensation cases. Between 1995 and 2006 Tim was on the Attorney General’s Panel and was standing counsel to the Inland Revenue on rating and valuation between 1997 and 2006.
