Siân McGibbon (2017 Call) has joined Landmark Chambers. She brings particular expertise in public law, and in related areas spanning procurement, local government, equality, and human rights law. She also has a growing practice in planning and environmental law.
She is ranked by Legal 500 as a ‘Rising Star’ in public and administrative law and appears regularly in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Privy Council. Her diverse practice has seen her act for central and local government, as well as a range of different claimants in challenges brought against public bodies. Legal 500 describes her as ‘excellent at using public law principles to craft a winning strategy in difficult cases’.
