R (Sivills) v General Social Care Council

Scope of the right to education under the ECHR. The case concerned the refusal of the GSCC to register an experienced social worker. It was argued that the refusal was in breach of the right to education and contrary to article 14. The case is important on whether qualifications fall within the right to education.
