The decision follows a four-week inquiry heard in late 2024.
Russell Harris KC and Anjoli Foster appeared for the Appellant, instructed by Elizabeth Christie and Aline Hyde of Town Legal LLP.
Matthew Reed KC appeared for the London Borough of Richmond in support of the development, instructed by Richmond’s head of legal services.
Nick Grant appeared for one of the Rule 6(6) parties, Mortlake Brewery Community Group.
