Nick Grant to assist with Banner Review

The Housing Minister today announced that Lord Banner KC (Keating Chambers) will lead an independent review to look into whether Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects are unduly held up by inappropriate legal challenges and, if so, how that can be effectively resolved. Nick Grant will be assisting Lord Banner KC in this review.
