New book published on permitted changes of use

Bath Publishing has published the fourth edition of A Practical Guide to Permitted Changes of Use, a detailed guide to the rights to change the use of land and buildings under the General Permitted Development Order. The first three editions have been authored by Martin Goodall, this fourth edition has been updated by Martin Goodall, Alistair Mills, and David Evans. Extensive changes to the Use Classes Order in 2020 led in the following year to a radical shake-up of permitted development rights for changes of use in Parts 3 and 4 of the Second Schedule to the General Permitted Development Order. The fourth edition of A Practical Guide to Permitted Changes of Use addresses these changes in detail and considers many practical issues which arise through the permitted development regime.
