Graeme represented National Express at a s.78 appeal against the refusal of the local planning authority to grant permission for a new coach depot to serve Stansted Airport. The appeal involved a dispute over the effect of the development on the significance of several listed buildings, landscape and visual impact and highway safety matters. Permission granted.
