More C2 Extra Care success for McCarthy & Stone

McCarthy & Stone (through its agent Your Life Management Ltd) has secured permission on appeal for 46 Extra Care apartments (C2 use) on a brownfield site on London Road, Bagshot.  Surrey Heath Borough Council had refused the scheme on design and heritage grounds, both of which were rejected by the appointed Inspector, Mr Ben Plenty BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI.
