Last week the High Court heard the latest judicial review challenge by Midcounties against the grant of planning permission for an out-of-town superstore in Cinderford, Gloucestershire. Two previous grants of permission have been quashed by the High Court:R. (on the application of Midcounties Co-operative Ltd) v Forest of Dean [2015] J.P.L. 288 and R.
