Landmark's David Elvin KC is speaking at The Compulsory Purchase Association's National Conference 2023 on 5 July at the Congress Centre, Great Russell St., London.

David will be speaking on the proposed LURB reforms of the statutory compensation code to remove hope value from compensation claims in certain cases (and the Labour Party proposals which suggest going even further in this respect) and their impact in terms of the significance of local plans to CPO and compensation.
