The Government has adopted an amendment to the Coronavirus Bill imposing a sunset clause by which the Bill has to be reviewed every six months. A range of amendments including the sunset clause were proposed in submissions to Parliament on the Bill by a number of Landmark Public Law Barristers (Russell Harris QC, Fiona Scolding QC, Samantha Broadfoot QC, Tim Buley QC, Kate Olley, Graham Denholm and Alex Goodman).
