Landmark’s Christopher Jacobs quoted in The Times regarding Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry

Post Office

The public inquiry into the Post Office Horizon IT scandal continues to hear evidence from Post Office and Fujitsu witnesses concerning subpostmasters who were prosecuted, sued and dismissed by Post Office Limited from 2002 to 2014.

This has recently received media attention with Landmark’s Christopher Jacobs, who is representing 157 subpostmaster Core Participants in the inquiry, being quoted in The Times: “Many of my clients, if not all of them, feel that the Post Office’s attempts in 2004 to suppress Jason Coyne’s expert evidence and keep that out of the public domain amounted to a cover-up of the failings in the Horizon system.”
